Michael Taaffe went from Walk-On to All-American at the University of Texas and peels back the curtain of being a star college athlete in 2025. What is happening right now is incredible.

The fifth year senior is dedicated to bring a championship back to UT and is staying in the classroom. However, NIL has helped Michael already build a business portfolio and acquire assets that many dream of. He's 22 years old.

I left the conversation amazed at how many college athletes with large platforms are now searching for opportunities to earn equity as much as upfront cash. There is no better time in history for startups and athletes to partner. Both sides need each other.
