While Casey is 100% focused on winning a Super Bowl with the Texans, he’ll also help us grow the company in exchange for equity. This agreement, though standard in structure, is one of the first tailored for a professional athlete and provides clarity on issues seen in past athlete-brand partnerships.
We want to see more transactions like this occur at scale, as athletes and influential sports figures continue to partner with more private companies earlier in their respective journeys.
